The Project Methodology contained in the pages of this site focus on the steps to follow for any project, which are organized in Phases. The phases follow the traditional waterfall approach. Agile project methodology templates will be included in the future.
The process steps within each phase identify what should be considered and include links to document templates that might be helpfiul. The Management steps identify things that apply to the overall management of a project.
There are two categories of Process Steps:
- The Process Steps identify the things should be considered standard for most projects.
- The Potentially Relevant Steps identify things that may also apply to a project but are not as common.
The Outline PDF is a one-page summary document that can be used by project managers as a quick reference guide of all the process steps. You can download the document by clicking the link below.
The Process Steps are also available in the All Documents section of this site.
